Position: Senior Compliance Analyst

Compensation: $55 – $62 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support maintenance of company policies and document control
• Provide technical writing for policy creation
• Facilitate review and approval governance for policies
• Implement IT enhancements for workflow efficiency
• Assist in compliance and ethics training material preparation
• Monitor compliance and ethics training implementation
• Upload key documents to Compliance and Ethics Storefront
• Support Travel & Expense monitoring for policy compliance
• Assist in compliance assurance activities
• Contribute to risk assessment and management initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with ABAC, KYC, or international commercial compliance
• Ability to discuss Risk Mitigation planning strategies
• Senior-level experience in compliance activities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in policy management and technical writing
• Knowledge of IT enhancements in document workflow
• Understanding of compliance assurance activities
