Position: Helpdesk Manager

Compensation: $33 – $36 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Manager to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee a dynamic helpdesk team in Oklahoma City. You’ll be working with a well-established company known for low turnover and growth opportunities. This role was created to provide dedicated leadership to the local team, offering you the chance to make a significant impact and be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and technical knowledge, especially in support roles.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Lead a team of 5 helpdesk professionals in Oklahoma City
  • Ensure efficient and effective support operations
  • Collaborate with the Tulsa manager for cohesive team management
  • Implement technology solutions to enhance information flow and control
  • Maintain a safety-sensitive role with a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Technical knowledge and experience in support environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and clean driving record

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a well-established company
  • Background in managing helpdesk teams
