Position: Property Manager
Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 annually with bonuses, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Property Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic team managing a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence and tenant satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining property standards and achieving financial goals. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage daily property operations and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Coordinate capital improvement projects
• Serve as primary contact for tenant inquiries
• Prepare and manage annual property budgets
• Review and approve vendor invoices
• Administer and enforce lease agreements
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance preferred
• 3–7 years of commercial property management experience
• Strong knowledge of property operations and budgeting
• Proficiency in property management software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing multi-tenant properties
• Strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with sustainability initiatives
• Industry designation like CPM or RPA
