Senior Solution Architect (PM/MM):

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Solution Architect (PM/MM) to join their team!

As a Senior Solution Architect operating within the commercial and accounting domain at Par Pacific, your role will be multifaceted. Primarily, you'll oversee the management of third-party support (AMS) responsible for Level 1 & 2 ticket support, actively participating in Level 2 & 3 issue resolution. Your responsibilities include implementing changes, delivering complex enhancements, configuring systems, troubleshooting intricate break fixes, managing complex applications, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather and fulfill their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Third-Party Support Oversight: Manage the 3rd party support (AMS) handling Level 1 & 2 tickets, actively contributing to Level 2 & 3 issue resolution.
  • Change Implementation: Lead the implementation of changes, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Enhancements Delivery: Drive the delivery of complex enhancements to existing systems or processes.
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting: Configure systems and troubleshoot complex break fixes, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
  • Application Management: Oversee and manage the complexities of various applications within the commercial and accounting space.
  • Requirement Gathering and Delivery: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Total Experience: Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience.
  • Oil & Gas Industry Background: Understanding of the business impact within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • SAP Modules Expertise: Strong proficiency in both PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Materials Management) modules within the SAP environment.
  • SAP Ariba and Coupa: Experience with SAP Ariba and Coupa for streamlined procurement processes.
  • S4 Hana: Proficiency in the S4 Hana environment, including its features and functionalities.
  • EAM Suite: Experience with the Enterprise Asset Management suite for comprehensive asset management capabilities.
  • ETRM Experience: Preferably experience in Energy Trading and Risk Management systems.
  • Risk Management: Familiarity with Right Angle, Allegro systems.
  • Mandatory MM and PM SAP Module Experience: Candidates lacking experience in both MM and PM modules will not be considered.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • ETRM experience (Right Angle/Allegro).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate with all levels/groups of organization.
