Outsource Sales Lead:
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Outsource Sales Lead to join their team!
Our client specializes in providing mission management services for private flight departments. They are committed to delivering top-tier solutions to their clients, allowing them to focus on their core missions while we manage their aviation needs. Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Outsource Sales Lead to join their team and contribute to their growth and success.
Responsible for promoting and selling outsourcing services, such as IT, Finance, and Operations, to private flight departments through lead generation and follow up.
Understand the unique needs of each client, presenting our services as tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. The primary focus will be on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and market demands within the private aviation sector.
Collaborate with the marketing and solutions teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of private flight departments.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, International Business, or related field in customer care.
10+ years in selling outsourcing services, preferably in outsourcing to India.
Aviation or aviation-related industry experience is highly preferred. Understanding the private aviation industry, its unique challenges, and opportunities is essential.
Experience in outsourcing IT, Finance, and/or Business Operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting our services, negotiating with clients, and building relationships.
Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction is vital.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
The Outsource Sales Lead should be a self-starter, capable of working independently and proactively seeking out new sales opportunities.
Ability to travel 30%-50% domestically and 10% internationally.
