Compensation: $15-16/hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Sales CSR:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sales CSR to join their team!

The Sales CSR will be working part-time for our client while sitting out of a Tulsa Home Depot location. They will be responsible for offering customer service, knowledge and generating leads for the client’s products within the store.  

Responsibilities:

• Talk to customers about specific HVAC systems, tuneups, etc.
• Generate interest (leads) in customers
• Pass leads along to sales team and they will take over

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Customer service/sales oriented personality
• Customer service experience
• Lead generation experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience answering questions about products/services

Other Information:

• Hours:
  • Thursday & Friday – 4pm to 8pm
  • Saturday & Sunday – 10am to 3pm
• BONUS opportunity – this person will receive a bonus for every lead that turns into a sales appointment as well as every lead that leads to a sale of the client’s product
