Senior Benefits Analyst:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Benefits Analyst to join their team!

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join their dynamic HR team. The Senior Benefits Analyst will play a critical role in the management and optimization of employee benefits programs. This position requires a deep understanding of benefits administration, compliance regulations, and a commitment to enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.

  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries, issues, and escalations.

  3. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop, implement, and communicate benefit policies, procedures, and changes.

  4. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and other federal and state laws governing benefits.

  5. Utilize UKG technology to streamline benefits administration processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.

  6. Analyze benefit utilization data, trends, and benchmarks to identify opportunities for cost savings, program enhancements, and strategic improvements.

  7. Lead open enrollment processes, including plan design, communication campaigns, system configurations, and employee education sessions.

  8. Support marketing and communication activities related to employee benefits programs, including the development of communication materials, presentations, and campaigns to educate and engage employees.

  9. Partner with vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and evaluate new benefit offerings.

  10. Lead the implementation of new vendors and programs within the benefits portfolio, including coordinating vendor selection, contract negotiations, and system integrations.

  11. Conduct presentations to employees on various benefit offerings, open enrollment processes, and changes to benefit programs, ensuring clear and concise communication of complex information.

  12. Prepare regulatory documentations, including but not limited to plan documents, summary plan descriptions (SPDs), and annual reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  13. Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal policies.

  14. Provide training and support to HR colleagues and managers on benefits-related topics, processes, and systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in benefits administration.

  2. Benefit Certifications such as CEBS is highly preferred.

  3. Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining UKG systems, including UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or other relevant modules.

  4. Proficient in overseeing and executing vendor management, program implementation, and coverage line administration

  5. Strong understanding of benefit plan design, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

  6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

  7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  8. Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

  9. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  10. Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
