Compensation: $145,000-155,000 + Bonus
Location: Onsite Katy, TX
Solution Architect

Inceed has partnered with a thriving retail company to help find a polished and experience Solution Architect to join their growing team!

This individual will partner with work heavily with the business and IT teams to assess the current environment and make recommendations for the company to achieve their goals for growth and expansion in the coming years. This is a highly visible role and an opportunity to be a part of multi million dollar projects and plans!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives, translating them into technical solutions that align with the company's overall architecture and strategy.
• Design end-to-end solutions for retail and e-commerce systems, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and usability.
• Lead the architectural design and implementation of omnichannel retail solutions, integrating online and offline channels to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
• Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within existing systems and processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the retail and e-commerce space, making recommendations for innovation and advancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and IT operations, to drive successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the retail or e-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
• Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance retail systems, including e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, POS solutions, etc.
• Experience with customer data platforms (CDP) or marketing and customer data
• Proficiency in architectural design principles, patterns, and frameworks, with the ability to balance technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies and tools, such as cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), microservices architecture, API management, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
