Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Onsite)
Billing Clerk

Inceed has partnered with an established Law Firm to help find a skilled Billing Clerk to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing high volume E-billing for clients, onboarding and setting up contact for billing with new clients, and communicating with clients to gather statements and handling conflict.
• Establishing and implementing client billing rates
• Assisting other employees (paralegals and assistants) on understanding client billing and rates

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High volume E-billing experience, preferably with 3E or Elite
• 2-5+ years' experience working at a law firm
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally with the internal team and external clients

• M-F Onsite 8:30-6:00 (flexibility in hours worked)
