Tender Coordinator Offshore Wind:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tender Coordinator Offshore Wind to join their team!

We are seeking a skilled Offshore Wind Tender Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As part of our Offshore Wind Department, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the tender process and driving business development initiatives. If you're detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.


  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineers and project managers, to collect technical and commercial data necessary for tender submissions.
  • Prepare and oversee tender responses, encompassing technical proposals, commercial offers, and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Coordinate and lead tender review meetings, capturing key discussions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage tender documentation, from downloading client documents to organizing internal deliverables and uploading submission packages to client portals.
  • Maintain meticulous records of tender submissions, correspondence, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the tendering process.
  • Analyze tender documents to discern key requirements and specifications, ensuring compliance across legal, technical, and financial aspects.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain bid schedules and timelines to ensure timely submission.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the commercial and business development team.
  • Liaise with external clients, managing correspondence and facilitating follow-up activities.
  • Update and maintain pre-qualifications on client and industry portals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Maritime, or Marine.
  • Ideally, 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial tendering/bidding, procurement, or document management.
  • Experience in the offshore energy industry is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in an in-office environment with a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
