Compensation: $35 – $43/ hour
Location: Fully Remote
Aloha POS System Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a national breakfast food company to help find a skilled Aloha POS System Engineer to join their team!

In this role, you will be working alongside a couple other Engineers and vendor specialists to help with ticket escalations, project completion, and Aloha POS engineering. 

Responsibilities:

• Working on projects and taking escalations from Tier 1 and Tier 2  
• Escalating to vendors (if needed) 
• Regular rollouts and project implementations 
• Communicating with operations, marketing, finance  
• Working with the internal team (with help or training) 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of IT Experience 
• 2+ years of Aloha POS Experience 
• Knowledge on running projects  

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• NCR Product Experience (back office) 
• Knowledge with Pen Pads
