Executive Project/Strategy Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Executive Project Manager to join their team!

The Executive Project Manager will work directly with C-Suite executives and help with integration of various acquisitions, handling implementations that range from systems to processes post-acquisition, and acting as a liaison between the business and finance sides. This position requires strong leadership skills, an understanding of financial and audit controls, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the COO: Manage workflows, serve as the COO’s main liaison, and assist in decision-making.
  • Project Management: Lead and oversee important company projects to meet strategic goals. Build and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) to streamline operations.
  • Reporting: Create and manage systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure alignment and coordination between departments and executive teams.
  • Board Materials: Prepare reports and presentations for the board and executive meetings.
  • Liaison with Finance & Audit: Ensure smooth communication between operations and finance/audit teams for compliance and financial integrity.
