Compensation: $23-28/hr
Location: Kansas City, MO
Position: Proposal Strategist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Proposal Coordinator to join their team! This position offers an opportunity to play an integral role in the proposal development process, supporting business development and project management leaders in creating value-driven, competitive proposals. The ideal candidate will assist with managing the proposal process, from early strategy development to completion, including tasks such as drafting storyboards, conducting reviews, and enhancing the overall proposal strategy. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and documenting proposal plans, including win strategy and proposal management plan.
• Participate in key review stages, making adjustments to proposal materials in response to team feedback.
• Support kickoff meetings and contribute to the creation of engaging visuals and graphics.
• Track and report on metrics such as change orders, safety, and budget to highlight project achievements.
• Attend industry events to network and assist in the setup and preparation of promotional booths.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading and technical writing capabilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with proposal development in a business development or marketing setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
