Tax Manager

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Tax Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for independent clients and corporate companies, ensuring accuracy and timely filing.
• Manage compliance deadlines and coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Develop and implement effective income tax planning strategies tailored to each client’s unique financial situation and objectives.
• Advise clients on the income tax implications of business decisions, transactions, and investments, optimizing their tax positions.
• Stay updated on changes in income tax laws and regulations, assessing their impact on client operations and strategies.
• ???????Conduct thorough research to support positions taken in income tax filings and client consultations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their income tax-related inquiries.
• ???????Clearly communicate complex income tax concepts to clients, ensuring they understand their tax positions and planning strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of management, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Tax research and tax preparation. 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• QuickBooks experience 
• 5+ years of tax from a CPA firm
• Microsoft Office
