Compensation: $90K – $110K + annual bonus (15%)
Location: Midland, TX
Position: Data Analyst (Business Intelligence)

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Analyst (Business Intelligence) to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing, updating, and maintaining Spotfire reports and dashboards. You will work closely with business units to provide insights that drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarking, while being part of a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to develop interactive reports and dashboards
• Manage and maintain Business Intelligence reports
• Train users on the effective use of reporting tools and dashboards
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Expertise in Spotfire
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
• Background in data science projects utilizing Python or R
• Knowledge of KPIs and benchmarking, specifically in the oil and gas industry

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with PowerBI
• Knowledge of Python or SQL
