Purchasing Administrator
Compensation: $18-$20 hourly
Location: Catoosa, OK
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Purchasing Administrator to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Operate a truck or automobile to deliver and pick up materials, and handle various errands for all departments. Additionally, perform one hour of administrative tasks each day. Time is split equally between driving and administrative duties, supporting both the front desk and purchasing functions.
- Transport materials and run errands as needed for the Structure, Header, Assembly, and Maintenance departments, sourcing items from external vendors.
- Provide assistance to the Accounting department and other internal teams as necessary.
- Maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and ensure a strong driving record, demonstrating competence and reliability.
- Must be bondable with a good credit history.
- Consistently arrive at work on time, with regular attendance and the ability to work onsite and handle overtime as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, treat the public, customers, vendors, and management with respect, and navigate a fast-paced work environment.
- Support front desk operations by answering calls, accepting applications, and performing other receptionist duties when the primary receptionist is unavailable.
- Assist the purchasing department with tasks such as invoice research, P.O. entry for VMI services, and other assignments as directed by the manager. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
