Compensation: $100K – $115K + bonus
Location: Midland, TX
Position: Data Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Engineer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the analytics team within a growing organization. You will be working with Databricks to design, build, and optimize data pipelines that support the entire business. This role offers a collaborative environment within a company that is known for its inclusive culture and rapid growth phase.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and production environments within Databricks
• Design and develop ETL pipelines and processes
• Leverage PySpark and SQL to process and analyze data
• Develop data models to support machine learning initiatives and dashboards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience with Databricks
• Proficient in SQL and Python/PySpark
• Proven experience with ETL development

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Degree in analytics or a related field
