Compensation: $21/hour
Location: Cary, North Carolina
Bookkeeper

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Processing contract payments on a bi-monthly basis. 
• Preparing and continusly analyzing the monthly budgets, and making adjustments and decisions based on the reports. Handling all reconciliations necessary. 
• Recording and reconcilation of state taxes on a contract basis. 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous expeiernce GAAP requirements and experience following guidelines
• Experience budgeting at the federal, state and local level
• Experience working within Accounting Softwares, and being able to pull and analyze concise reports 

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working in Accounting in the Construction industry or with in NC State Department
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting OR 4+ years experience working as a Bookkeeper
• Experience with Oracle
