Oracle HCM Developer
Job Summary
Inceed has partnered with a great company that is seeking an Oracle HCM Developer with expertise in ERP integration, configuration, and support, particularly in Human Capital Management. This role involves developing, modifying, and debugging programs across corporate functions like finance, HR, and marketing. The position focuses on problem-solving, customer service, and delivering technical and functional knowledge to ensure customer success.
Responsibilities
- Resolve complex issues in Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Develop and document technical designs and create/execute test plans.
- Provide 24×7 on-call support and maintain ERP system interfaces/customizations.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, analyzing data needs and requirements.
- Evaluate and update procedures, train users, and prepare system documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Global HR, Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll.
- Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.
- Extensive integration experience with strong Oracle Integration Cloud experience
- Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.
- Experience with Fusion Security architecture and OTBI analyses.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
Work Environment
- Light physical effort, occasional handling of objects up to 10 pounds.
- Requires mental and visual focus due to the nature of the job.
