Compensation: $17-18/hr
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Title: Call Center Represenative

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Call Center Representative to join their team!

This person is responsible for working as a Call Center Representative. They will be responsible for assisting our customers by telephone to address and resolve their issues in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. 
• Utilize training to aid customers in various problems. 
• Intake payments correctly. 
• Enjoy helping others by phone 
• Be detail-oriented
• Able to multi-task 
• Ability to work 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient typing skills
• Previous call center environment experience is preferred. 
• High problem-solving skills.
