Accounts Receivable Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Utilize ERP systems and QuickBooks for daily operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong experience in AR and ERP systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Proficient in QuickBooks and similar accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Adaptable, reliable, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Experience in a multinational company
