Compensation: $68K – $99K
Location: Boulder, CO
IT Business Analyst (Public Safety)

Inceed has partnered with a great government agency to help find a skilled IT Business Analyst to join their team!

This role will require a blend of two skillsets – technical and strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for working cross functionally with the Enterprise Data Team and the Public Safety teams. 

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current processes
• Leverage data to develop new procedures & reports to help with data drive decision making 
• Be the functional expert to evaluate and document data needs and requests
• Host meetings with managers, analysts, and stakeholders to understand business problems 
• Act as a liaison between Police Departments throughout the city

• Experience with public safety (Police, Fire Department, Criminal Justice, etc.) 
• Experience with CAD and RMS systems 
• Experience working with data (joining tables, SQL Scripting, analysis of data)
• Excellent communication, organization
• Willing to learn mindset, self starter, and go getter attitude
