Systems Support Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Support Analyst to join their team!

You will work within a collaborative team to resolve technical support tickets for our client’s ERP System, Oracle Fusion, and its associating applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming support emails/tickets from business users related to Oracle Fusion, Talend, Vertex, and supporting applications.
• Provide tier 1 level ‘triage’ support to resolve user issues quickly. 
• Escalate tickets as needed if unable to triage and resolve.
• Maintain/manage professional communication with business users.
• Work directly with the ERP team supporting Oracle Fusion and related systems to modify setups, manage system resources, perform system maintenance, and improve system processes.
• Work directly with the ERP team to design efficiencies and develop new custom applications using software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Focused on learning the applications used at Tallgrass, details of processes, and continually looking for efficiency improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Seeking applicant with either (or preferably both) of the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline
  •  2 – 5 years experience working with enterprise applications, business finance, and IT

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Working knowledge of enterprise applications and MS Office products.
• Moderate level understanding of financial transactions and accounting.
• Oracle Fusion experience a plus.
• Oracle APEX experience a plus.
• MS SQL Server experience a plus.
• Ability to work well both individually with minimal supervision and in a team environment where the sharing of knowledge is highly regarded and expected.
• Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience in effectively communicating business and technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Very organized – possess ability to understand processes and visually communicate.
