Desktop Support Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join their team!

The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to team members and the executive team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to team members and the executive team
• Support PCs, Macs, Zoom rooms, copiers/printers, etc.
• Image computers
• Prioritize ticket requests and distribute/escalate to appropriate IT staff
• Maintain and order equipment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of support experience
• Professional experience specifically with Macs
• ServiceNow experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
