Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 plus uncapped commission

Mid Market Account Executive

Inceed has partnered with a leading Telecommunications company to help find a skilled Mid Market Account Executive to join their team!

The Mid Market Account Executive will play a crucial role in generating new revenue by maintaining existing relationships while establishing new partnerships. The focus will be on mid-sized enterprise accounts to sell a suite of products and solutions to meet sales quotas and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will provide a high level of professionalism and a dedication to providing the best outcomes for both the company and the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • 60% New Business Development – campaigns,  cold calling, door pulling using company marketing material to win new customers and meet monthly new revenue quota by attaining new mid-size enterprise accounts
  • 20% Sales Opportunity Management – utilize relationship management tools to track and manage sales opportunities, provide reporting, and forecast activity
  • 10% Customer Relationship Management – Maintain existing relationships within territory, investigate and resolve any issues, and seek opportunities for additional products within an account when applicable
  • 10% Sales Support – maintain accurate customer contracts in CRM system, coordinate with internal sales support teams, and ensure timely communication on product delivery

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in sales/marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of B2B enterprise-level sales experience in Telecommunications, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Core Connectivity, MSP, Security Solutions, or IT Consulting Sales 
  • Proven experience of business development through campaigns, cold calling, and door pulling
  • Proven experience in self-generated leads and prospecting
  • Bold, HUNTER mentality around sales philosophy and execution
  • Must be a results-driven sales professional with a passion for delivery exceptional customer experiences

  • $2,500/mo. guaranteed commission during 6 month ramp-up
