Position: Compensation Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compensation Analyst to join their team!
The compensation analyst will support the development and implementation of compensation programs and policies aligned with company goals and competitive practices. Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and incentives for a growing workforce.
- Provide internal consulting on compensation strategies, including salary increases, bonus structures, and total compensation.
- Benchmark internal jobs, assign pay grades, and ensure consistency across departments.
- Participate in third-party surveys to validate pay practices and trends.
- Standardize job titles, develop career paths, and conduct advanced statistical analysis on compensation data.
- Audit HRIS compensation data and work with HRIS to streamline processes.
- Create communication materials and training resources related to compensation programs and policies.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and compensation vendors to align program design with company goals.
- Stay updated on compensation laws and ensure compliance, including FLSA and equitable pay practices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of compensation experience, with familiarity in using SuccessFactors.
- Experience in compensation plan design, especially in retail or customer-facing environments, is preferred.
- Certification as a Compensation Professional is a plus.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret compensation data and develop visual reports.
- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential data.
