Compensation: $27-28/hr

Desktop Support Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment and all systems running with live events at both onsite and remote locations
• Provide desk-side support of end-users such as new user & equipment deployment, internal application troubleshooting, support ticket processing & management, and proactive documentation of assigned tasks

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of Apple hardware & software experience (MAC OS, MAC desktops, other Apple mobile devices)
• Experience in Windows-Based PC’s
• Proficiency with AV systems
• Experience with Apple Configurator or Mobile Device Management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• JAMF
• Network + or A+ certifications
• Quest KACE
