Technical Support Specialist
Inceed has partnered with a great energy company to help find a high level Technical Support Specialist to join their team!
The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with different Networks and Servers. As well as providing remote and onsite support for all IT requests.
Responsibilities:
- Receive tickets via email/resolve tickets without escalation
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, web and in-person channels
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshooting and monitoring the network and server environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years in a professional environment, ideally working directly with or for an IT organization.
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers.
- Experience using technology such as Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy
- Possesses knowledge of networking concepts (e.g. Systems, Protocols, Directory Services)
