Compensation: $17 – 18/hr 

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 

Position: Applications Assistant 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Applications Assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Getting in touch with customers and answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. 
• Evaluating customer’s needs to identify correct products packages.
• Aiding customers through their applications, giving instructions on needed documents, and checking in throughout the process. 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience. 
• 1-3 years of mortgage servicing. 
• Eager enjoyment and interest in helping others.

Other Information:

• Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will earn an additional $80 per week. 
• Standard work schedule available from 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, and 10am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. Must also be available to work one Saturday shift per month from 9am to 1pm.
• Generous incentive plan with a minimum $250 incentive bonus paid monthly for the first 4 months of employment.
