Compensation: $32-34.50/hour

WMS Business Coordinator II:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled WMS Business Coordinator II to join their team!

The WMS Business Coordinator II will be responsible for aiding the wealth management team with daily tasks/projects. This person will have the opportunity to get their foot in the door with an Oklahoma-based financial institution!

Responsibilities:

• Set up, process, and monitor fees for client accounts
• Make document adjustments as needed
• Manage fee inbox and process corrections

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong MS Excel experience (macros specifically)
• Data entry experience
• Experience with investment accounts
