Position: End User Support Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled End User Support Technician to join their team!

The End User Support Technician will provide assitance across business units focusing on the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of computer equipment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Image, configure, install, and perform maintainance for computer systems.
• Respond to and resolve tickets providing top tier customer service.
• Work alongside a team to set up new hire desks and install software packages.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• High School Diploa or GED.
• Experience providing computer hardware and operating system support.
• Experience providing excellent customer service.
