Compensation: $75k-$105k/yr (DOE)
Location: Englewood, CO (onsite)
Position: Executive Assistant

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced individual who excels in supporting C-level executives and managing complex tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in organizing large events, handling travel arrangements, and working with top-tier leadership in a large organization.

Responsibilities:
• Set up meetings, plan events, and book travel
• Process invoices and perform contract management
• Use Microsoft tools to support the C-suite team

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 8+ years of experience supporting C-level executives
• 2+ years of experience supporting a Board of Directors
• Experience supporting multiple C-level executives at once
• Experience working within large organizations (5k+ employees)
• Familiarity with travel and expense software (preferably Concur)
• Experience planning large events (300+ attendees)
