Compensation: $25-50/hr

Location: Houston, TX

Position: DevOps Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their team!

The DevOps Engineer will support developers and the development process. They will work closely with the development team to implement and managed CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes.
• Collaborate with software development teams to understand their needs and provide support for development and deployment practices.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of applications in Azure.
• Automate deployment processes and configuration management using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, infrastructure, and deployment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a strong focus on Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in using Azure cloud services and understanding of cloud architecture.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networking, and storage.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) is preferred.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation tasks.
