Compensation: $116,000-120,000

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Position: Senior Network Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Network Engineer to join their team!
 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, voice systems, and firewalls.
• Lead operational tasks and assist with project management across departments.
• Mentor help desk staff and resolve technical issues.
• Support data center upgrades and infrastructure improvements.
• Oversee networking tasks, including Cisco, Fortinet, and cloud connectivity.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in networking. 
• Expertise in WAN/LAN, routers, switches, firewalls, protocols (HSRP, BGP, OSPF), SD-WAN, and Cisco ACI.
• Proficient in reading technical documents, and effective communication with all levels of staff.
• Strong problem-solving, systems integration, and adaptability to evolving technologies.
• CCNA-level expertise preferred.
