Compensation: $17-21 / hour
Location: Tulsa, OK
Customer Care Specialist:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join their team!

The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing first level support on all-incoming calls in the Mortgage Call Center. This person will have the opportunity to get their foot in the door with a great Tulsa-based company!

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions related to their accounts
• Stay up to date with and provide customers when favorable rates arise
• Escalate calls when next level support is necessary

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Mortgage/financial banking experience
• Call center experience
• Knowledge of banking practices and procedures

• 8-5 hours during training
