Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 (Depending on experience and certifications)

Position: Civil Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Civil Engineer to join their team!

The Civil Engineer will manage the technical elements of civil engineering projects, including municipal and residential design and site development. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion, which may involve travel for site assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee medium-scale engineering projects.
• Perform engineering designs and calculations.
• Analyze issues and recommend solutions.
• Prepare reports and necessary documentation.
• Manage all project phases from initiation to completion.
• Communicate with clients and present findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Review and validate consultants’ plans for accuracy.

Skills Required:

• 5-10 years of Civil Engineering and design.
• Familiarity with current design trends and industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3-D and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to estimate project costs and handle contracts.
