Compensation: $60,000-$73,000

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position: Civil Designer

Inceed has partnered up with a great client to find a qualifed Civil Designer.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D, along with a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil design and a collaborative spirit, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop complex site designs and construction documents using AutoCAD and Civil3D software.
• Apply principles of site development, including grading, drainage, paving, and utility design.
• Solve design challenges with attention to detail and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.
• Manage multiple projects independently, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Stay informed on local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a civil designer, focusing on site development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Strong understanding of site development principles and construction practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
• Knowledge of DOT, MUTCD, ADA, and VBA compliance is a plus.
