Compensation: $30-45/hr
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Position: Platform Administrator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Platform Administrator to join their team!

The Platform Administrator will be responsible for working closely with business users to understand how they are using platforms and develop solutions, customizations, and configurations. This role offers the chance to build out solutions, configure workflows, and foster relationships company-wide to ensure all platform needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users to understand functionality needs and develop customized solutions.
• Configure and build out workflows within Monday.com to optimize efficiency.
• Support the integration and automation between Monday.com and ServiceNow to enhance platform utilization.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in System or Platform Administration.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Monday.com with a strong interest in specializing in Monday.com.
• Experience in Java, Python, or React.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience building out solutions in both Monday.com and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of platform integration and workflow automation.
• Ability to foster cross-functional relationships to support business needs.
