Position: Application Assistance Coordinator
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Compensation: $17-18/hour
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Application Assistance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to customers throughout their application process and help identify solutions for their financial challenges. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, customer service, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with completing their applications, ensuring all necessary fields are properly filled out.
- Identify any missing or key documents and provide clear instructions on next steps to complete the application process.
- Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound calls to provide updates and follow up on inquiries.
- Assess customers’ financial situations to identify appropriate assistance programs for managing missed mortgage payments and preventing foreclosure.
- Stay informed about assistance programs and eligibility criteria to offer tailored solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and required documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service focus with a high level of empathy.
- Eager enjoyment and genuine interest in helping others.
- Basic knowledge of mortgage processes and financial assistance programs is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Other Information:
- Bilingual candidates fluent in both Spanish and English will earn an additional $80 per week.
- Standard work schedules are available from 8 AM to 5 PM, 9 AM to 6 PM, and 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Candidates must also be available to work one Saturday shift per month from 9 AM to 1 PM.
- A generous incentive plan, with a minimum incentive bonus of $250 paid monthly for the first four months of employment.
