Compensation: $55-75/hr

Position: Systems Business Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Business Analyst to join their team!

This exciting opportunity involves working on a critical project to migrate from Cisco phone systems to Teams Voice. The Systems Business Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with various departments to understand their phone system needs, assisting in the strategic planning process, and ensuring smooth implementation. This role involves a mix of business analysis, project management, and administrative support as they work to set up call queues, phone trees, and their access control system.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with different departments to gather requirements for Teams Voice capabilities
• Collaborate on creating strategic plans for the phased deployment of phone systems
• Manage call queues, phone trees, and set up communication groups
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Support the upgrade of their access control system, including levels of security enrolls
• Help with setting up access controls and SIP knowledge integration

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in business analysis and project management
• Familiarity with communication systems, particularly implementing Teams Voice
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate with various departments
• Degree in a related field (or equivalent knowledge through experience)
