Helpdesk Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Helpdesk Specialist to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you will provide over-the-phone support and assist with helpdesk operations. Initially, you will engage in logistics tasks related to shipping and receiving, which will give you a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations. This position is open due to growth and the need for additional support, allowing you to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical assistance to users
  • Resolve inquiries and manage support tickets efficiently
  • Interact with customers and troubleshoot issues remotely
  • Adapt to various technical challenges and provide effective solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with SCCM and remote support tools

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with shipping and receiving logistics
  • Proficiency in additional technical support software
