Compensation: $65,000 – $95,000

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Position: Product Designer

We are currently looking for a Product Designer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent, hands-on environment and take ownership of the full design process—from understanding user needs to collaborating with developers to ensure the design vision is executed seamlessly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong design background who is passionate about improving user experiences and developing user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities:
•    Design intuitive and engaging digital experiences for web applications that streamline business processes.
•    Collaborate with various business units to define and conceptualize new projects, ensuring a smooth user experience throughout all stages of development.
•    Work closely with business groups to clarify their needs, helping to define what solutions are necessary rather than just focusing on visual design.
•    Analyze business problems in-depth and validate design solutions, partnering with development teams to ensure technical feasibility.
•    Create, test, and refine UI design wireframes and prototypes, prioritizing the use of existing design system patterns while identifying when to expand the system.
•    Convey design ideas clearly to development teams, ensuring designs are implemented with high fidelity.
•    Advocate for usability through design system development, ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple applications with consistent UI patterns.
•    Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and refine the user experience based on feedback.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
•    3-5 years of experience as a digital user experience designer or in a similar design role.
•    Portfolio showcasing work that demonstrates a strong ability to create user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
•    Experience using Figma for UX design, including prototyping and collaboration.
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and their business impact.
•    Strong skills in conceptualizing and wireframing design solutions.
•    Experience collaborating directly with developers to implement designs.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is progressing on schedule.
•    Familiarity with designing for multiple devices and platforms.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
•    Experience with financial services or similar industries.
