Compensation: $115,000-$126,000/yr.

Position: Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great organization to help find a skilled Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst to join their team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on an Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud application team, supporting and enhancing financial modules to improve operational efficiency. Oracle Techno-Functional Analyst will provide functional and technical expertise, assist with configuration and testing, and work closely with business users to resolve issues and optimize processes. If you have experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and a strong background in troubleshooting, testing, and system integration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Guide end-users through the configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud applications.
• Provide functional support for Accounts Payable (AP) and Finance modules, ensuring smooth transaction processing and interface integration with external systems.
• Advise the project team on best practices for configuring and setting up the Oracle Finance modules.
• Support business operations by resolving user inquiries, identifying potential process improvements, and supporting the roll-out of new functionality.
• Develop and modify custom reports and queries as needed to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, both in IT and finance, to ensure successful system integration and effective issue resolution.
• Ensure the efficient operation of financial modules and provide ongoing support for end-to-end ERP module processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience with Oracle Financials Cloud Applications, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of financial transaction processing and system interfaces.
• Experience in writing and maintaining functional specifications for ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English, with strong documentation skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Industry certifications such as Oracle, PL/SQL, MS MCA, or equivalent.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom reports using Oracle Financials/Project reporting tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications and business system processes.
• Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and Projects modules.
