Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000
Location: Tahlequah, OK
Position: Data Analytics Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Data Analytics Analyst to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data analytics professional with a strong background in SQL, statistical analysis, and healthcare data. The role involves working closely with healthcare providers and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain data analysis processes that enhance decision-making and improve clinical and financial documentation systems.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data extraction and analysis processes for healthcare data
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects independently
• Analyze healthcare data to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making
• Perform data modeling and analysis using SQL, R, Python, and other tools
• Identify trends and emerging issues in healthcare data
• Collaborate with the Health IT Data Analytics team to design solutions for reporting challenges
• Provide ad hoc reporting and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Economics, Epidemiology, Finance, Mathematics, Public Health, or related quantitative field
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence report creation, and SQL
• Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL query design, data manipulation, and data modeling
• Proficiency with statistical software such as R or Python
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and database structure
