Position: Financial Analyst

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and take ownership of complex forecasting and budgeting projects. This position is open due to growth, offering the chance to make a significant impact on the company’s financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated financial statements, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Build multi-year financial forecasts, covering revenue, expenses, and balance sheet metrics.
• Conduct detailed short-term cash flow forecasts and variance analyses to refine future projections.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Expertise in financial forecasting and budgeting models, with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex financial models.
• Experience with short-term cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.
• Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, and Power Pivot.
• Hands-on experience with FP&A or financial reporting software.
