Compensation: $40,000-$49,000

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 

Position: Accounts Payable Specialist 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Process utility invoices, physician payments, and patient refunds efficiently and accurately.
• Manage positive pay files by submitting them to the bank and addressing any exceptions.
• Review purchase order (PO) invoices with no tax to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle all check requests promptly and accurately.
• Code all non-PO invoices with attention to detail.
• Analyze and resolve reports related to purchase orders to maintain streamlined operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience handling high-volume invoicing.
