Compensation: $23/hour

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Position: Graphic Artist/Prepress Technician

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Graphic Artist/Prepress Technician to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a close-knit, collaborative group providing high-quality printing services for various state agencies. If you are passionate about converting customer artwork into production-ready files and thrive in a technical and detail-oriented role, this could be the perfect fit!

Responsibilities:

• Convert customer-provided artwork, drawings, and ideas into press-ready files.
• Pre-flight and impose customer-supplied files for offset printing.
• Operate and maintain Computer to Plate (CTP) processors and digital printers.
• Process electronic files for pre-flighting, imposition, and outputting to large-format proofers.
• Typeset and design letterheads, envelopes, and business cards when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with press operators, digital printers, and other team members to meet production goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant Prepress experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat (or enFocus Pitstop).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of prepress methods, terminology, and equipment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Vocational or technical school degree in Graphic Arts or related field.
• Experience with a 23×29-inch press (6 8.5×11 sheets preferred).
• Three (3) years of professional desktop publishing experience.
