Compensation: $25-$35/hr
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Position: Compliance Specialist

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Compliance Specialist to join their team!

This person will help with a mass re-certification for a property in Denver.

Responsibilities:
• Sort through applications to make sure everything is filled out then send out to get verified
• CHFA forms
• Put together packets in OneSite and make corrections if need be

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 2+ years of Tax Credit experience
• HUD re-certification experience
• RealPage or OneSite experience is highly preferred
• Excellent customer services skills
