Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position: Software Engineer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Software Engineer to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a talented developer to contribute to impactful projects, work with cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions. The ideal candidate is eager to grow their technical skills while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and implement software applications that meet user and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues to ensure reliable functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, including user manuals and design specifications.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance development practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C# (PHP is a plus).
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with database technologies like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming (OOP), algorithms, and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Experience with reliability and automation in production environments.
• Familiarity with code review processes and tools.
• Adaptability to learning new technologies and managing changing project requirements.

Other Information:
• The position primarily operates in an office setting and involves standard office equipment use.
• Minimal travel (0-5%) may be required for special projects.
• Confidentiality and reliable attendance are essential for success in this role.
