Compensation: $40,000 base + Commission
Location: Cape Girardeau, Missouri 
Position: Financial Services Representative

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Services Representative to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for a financial professional to play a key role in establishing new employer accounts, growing existing relationships, and helping individual clients achieve their financial goals. The position involves collaborating with both for-profit and non-profit organizations to enhance employee participation in 401(k), 403(b), and 457 retirement plans. This position is open due to company growth and the desire to continue expanding their retirement plan services. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make an impact, work directly with employers, and provide valuable financial education to employees.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow client relationships, increasing assets under management.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients to discuss financial goals and investment options.
• Provide financial planning education to employer plan sponsors and employees to increase retirement plan participation.
• Assist individual participants in developing personalized financial plans.
• Maintain CRM systems by recording communications and progress with clients.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Series 65/66 certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Missouri Life Insurance license.
• Experience in mutual funds, annuities, and life insurance products.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with group benefit plans and 501(c)(3) organizations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
